About Me

Tiffany (she/her) | Certified Clinical Trauma Professional

I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and pushed to your limits. For years, I cared for others while quietly ignoring my own needs. I appeared composed on the outside, even as burnout and deep fatigue began to take over. The pressure, the responsibilities, and the belief that I had to keep going no matter what wore me down, both physically and emotionally.

I didn’t arrive at this work because I had all the answers. I arrived because I lived the questions. I eventually reached a point where I could no longer push through. My body and mind began sending clear signals that something had to change. At first, I resisted. I told myself I should be able to handle it. I thought I knew better. But healing doesn’t come from knowing better. It comes from learning to listen deeply.

Through EMDR and ketamine-assisted theray, I was finally able to slow down and care for the parts of myself that had been stretched too thin for too long. These approaches helped me shift out of survival mode and into a sense of clarity and rootedness I hadn’t felt in years. Over time, I even began to feel joy, expansiveness, and possibility again.

Now, as a therapist, I bring both my clinical training and my lived experience into the room. I know what it’s like to feel overstimulated, exhausted, and stuck in the grind. And, I know what it’s like to move through that and come out the other side with a greater sense of strength and self-confidence.
