An intensive is 1-3 days of longer sessions during which clients engage in focused therapy. It is designed to address go deeper and more quickly than traditional weekly sessions by allowing for uninterrupted and concentrated therapeutic work.

EMDR Trauma Therapy Intensive
Investment: $4,500
An EMDR Intensive offers faster access to care with personalized, extended sessions designed around your schedule. These therapy intensives help you work through symptoms more efficiently without the limitations of traditional 50-minute sessions.
Intro: 20 min Intro Video Call
Interview: 1 hour Interview
Preparation: Intensive Workbook
Intensive: Three 5 hour EMDR therapy sessions within 1 Week
Sample plan: M/W/F 10am-3pm
10am-12pm: EMDR Processing
12pm-1pm: Lunch Break
1pm-3pm: EMDR Processing
If we meet your goals in under 15 hours, we might decide to end the intensive early.
I will not charge you for time you do not use and will deduct that time from the total cost prorated by the hour.
Ketamine-Assisted Therapy Series
Investment: Dependent on the length of your treatment
The number of sessions depends on your specific goals and the depth of healing needed. While the standard course of treatment recommended to get the full benefit of KAP is 6-8 sessions, many clients experience significant relief after just a few sessions.
